Tuesday, 1pril 30th., 2929. 369 • in Xaley's Second Lincoln Highway'-ddition. (See files for copy of resolution.) In both of the above named improvement resolutions, the Board hereby orders that on.the 22nd., day of TiTay, 1929, this Boardwillmeet in their office in the City Hall at 7-15 P. Tri. , to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property is liable to be assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessgd for said improvements will be eaual to the estimated costs of same as reported by the �;ity Engineer. The Board furt�er orders that notices of ' said hearings shall be published on the 3rd. day of Vay and on the IOth. , day of May, 1929, in the South Bend N,ws 'Times and Tribune and that notices be sent to porperty owners according to law. In the above named vacation resolution, the Board decides to continue #ear- ing same until Tuesday, Yay 7th. , I929, at I0:00 A. fi7. This being the date set, hearing was had on Vacation Resolution No.2209 for the variation of the alley south of Altgeld Street from Clyde Street to the east lin of Yiami Heights Addition. (See files for copy of resolution.) In the above named vacation resolution, no remonstrators appeared and no jl written remonstrance was filed and the Board decides to take final action on said 11 vacation resolution No.2209 and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and ;I approved and the alley vacated. The Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners and i! hold ers of property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken, which list or roll shall also describe:' -the r,ropert--r beneficially affected. - Il This being the date set, hearing was had on Condemnation Resolution No. 22hZ for the widening of Kline Street. (See files for copy of resolution.)
