(See files for copy of resolution.) <br />In both of the above named improvement resolutions, the Board hereby orders <br />that on.the 22nd., day of TiTay, 1929, this Boardwillmeet in their office in the City <br />Hall at 7-15 P. Tri. , to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property <br />is liable to be assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the benefits <br />to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessgd for said improvements will <br />be eaual to the estimated costs of same as reported by the �;ity Engineer. (See files for copy of resolution.) <br />In the above named vacation resolution, no remonstrators appeared and no jl <br />written remonstrance was filed and the Board decides to take final action on said 11 <br />vacation resolution No.2209 and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and ;I <br />approved and the alley vacated. <br />The Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners and i! <br />hold ers of property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken, which list <br />or roll shall also describe:' -the r,ropert--r beneficially affected. <br />- Il <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Condemnation Resolution No. <br />22hZ for the widening of Kline Street.
