3170 Tuesday, Ipril 30th., 1929. Street'to the'east line of H. Studebaker Ist•, and 2nd., Additions under Vacation Resolution No.2202. Assessrment- roll for the vacation of the alley east of Marietta Street from the south line of Dubail Avenue to the north line of alley south of Dubail 4-rid from the south Line of alley south of 'Oubail Avenue to the north line of Dayton street under Vacation Resolution No.220I. In all of the above named assessment rolls, the Board hereby ord ers that on the Nth., day of May 1929, this Board will meet in their office at 10:00 A. 1T., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by said vacations and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land have been or will be benefited or damaged,in the amounts named on said assessment rolls or in a greater or less sum than that named on said rolls.The Board, -further orders that notices of said awards of damaged and assessment -of benefits shall be delivered, accord- ing to law or published according to law, as the case r,y be. Claims amounting to 1951.65 for various departments signed and approved by the Board. Labor pay rolls for the cemetery department in the amount of 43I.40 signed and approved by the Board.
