Also Johnson vtreet between Hamilton Street and f4ilson laenue: Beginning 'at the intersection of the center line of Bergen 0treet with the center line of Johnson Street; thence north along the center line of Johnson Street;'; to the center line of pershing Street with a Pifteen,Inch (15") vitrified pipe sewer, thence ptill. north along the center line of Johnson Itreet to thecenter line of Filson fivenne.with a twelve' inch (I211j .vitrified pip e sewer. Also beginning at the .intersection of the center line of Bergen Street with the center line of Johnson Street;; ` thence south along the center line of Johnson Street to a point 32 feet south of the north line of lot 61 in Jacksons-proposed sub., with a fifteen inch (TV) vitrified pipe sewer, thence still south .along the center line of Johnson Street to a point 35 feet north of the north line of Hamilton ,Street with a twelve inch (I2") vitrified pipe sewer, together with the necessary manholes, conduits, and house connections to the curb lines along the line of said improvement, all as is more particularly.shown and all in accordance with the plans, profiles, detail drawings and specifications. on file in the office of the department of Public 'Yorks of the City of Bouth Bend,w Indianag which course and direction is as forth in said =resolution Number 2108; be it further Resolved, By the Board of Public #orks, that the territory which will •'" be beneficially affected by theconstruction of --said sub trunk sewer lines within the fallowing described territoyy in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, to -wit: B MG JOHNSON SUB TRUNK ASSESSl! ENT DISTRICT. f Beginning at the intersection of the south line of Hamilton Street and the west line of the east one held of the west one half of section 34, Township 38 Nort;h, Range 2 fast; thence north along the west line of the east one half of the west one- half of said Section 34, to the intersection of the center line of Bergen 6t-reet produced west; thence east along the center line of Bergen Btreet to the intersection . �of the center line of Olive Street; thence north along the center line of Olive Street to the intersection of the north line of Section 34, Township 38 North, Range 2 mast; thence east along said north line to the intersection of the eastline of Brookfiled I) Street produced north; thence south along the east line of Brookfield Street to a point in said east line one hundred and fifty feet distant from the westerly line of Portage Avenue, thence southeasterly along a line ra.rallel with and one hundred fifty feet distant from the westerly line of Portage Avenue to the intersection of the center line of the first alley west of Portage Avenue, thence south along the center line of said alley to the intersection of the center line of Pershing Street, thence east along the center line of Pershing Street to a point one hundred fifty feet distant from westerly line of Portage Avenue measured at right angles with said westerly line; • thence southeasterly along a line parallel �;,iith and one hundred fifty feet distant from, the westerly line of Portage Avenue to the intersection of the north line of Bergen Street; thence east along the north line of Bergen Street to the easterly line of Portage Avenue: thence southeasterly along the easterly line of portage Avenue to the intersection of the south line of Bergen Otreet produced; thence west along the south II line of Bergan Street to a point one hundred fifty feet from the westerly line of Portage Avenue measured at right angles with said westerly line; thence southeasterly along a line x-rarallel with and one hundred fifty feet distant from the westerly line of Portage Avenue to tine intersection of t'_he south -line of Hamilton Street; thence west along the south line of Hamilton Street to the place of beginning. Resolved further, t',.at the said resolution Number 2108 and all proceedings had and contracts let under said Resolution and all Droceedings subsequent thereto, • except as the same is hereby modified and corrected as to boundary lines of said district to be beneficially affected, be and the same are hereby ratified and confirmed, Said Board will meet at 7-I5 P. F., on the ?Oth., 'ay of April 1929 in their office in the City Hall, to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by said proceedings and will also '.hear and determinb the question as to whether such district, or area, .is properly bounded for the purpose of such dra3inage, whether other territory not included in such boundaries should be added to such district, or whether any other real estate therein included shofild be excluded therefrom, and will also hear and dete-mine the question as to whether the spe s-oecial benefits to the several lots and parcels of land within such area and to: the said c city by reason of such proposed improvement, will be equal to the estimated cost of sal.d improvement. Notice of such hearing -shall be published on the 29th., day of g`ard9h and on the 5th., day of April 1929, in the South Bend News Times and Tribune according i to law.
