RESOL77ED BY TiiE 'BOARD OF PUBLIC `PORK'S OF T1.1 ' CITY OF SOUTH '13E7D, Indiana: That the following described property be appropriated for the use of said City: For the wi.denin of Sam le Street from a point two hundred ninety-five and five one hundredths feet 295.05T west of the west property line of Fellows Street to the west property line of Clinton Street, "all as'more particularly described as follows: All of lot N0.I9 Galiagherk's Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana. Also aT.l of lot 110.9 Gallagher's Addition to the City of South. Bend, Indiana Also: Beginning at the intersection of the east property line of fellows Street and the north property line of Sample Street, thence north along said east line of Fellows Street a distance of forty feet (40') to a point, thence east -along a strai ht line parallel to and forty feet (40') distant from said north line of Sample treet a distance of about one hundred thirty-six and .twenty-nine hundredths feet (136.201) to a point iri the south right of way line of the New York Central R ilroad, thence southeasterly along said south right of way line to a point in the north property line of Sample Street, thence west along said north line of Sample.
