<br />Gentlemen:
<br />Our attention has been directed to the large number of high power lights":
<br />that are now located in rockets where there is no benefit to be derived from them.
<br />These pockets, in the cases referred to at this time, have been caused by the track
<br />elevation.
<br />Lapp No.6I6, a 6000 lumen lamp at 50.00 per year, is located on Webster
<br />Street between Grace Street and the Railroad elevation. It would undoubtedly make
<br />this rocket ve3:7 dark to nave light at all yet there is no necessity for a-6000
<br />lumen lamp.
<br />recommend -that the 6000mlumen lamp be removed a--m.d that a 2500 1-amen
<br />lamp be installed at the corned of Webster a-r-!d Grace ''treet. The cost of the 2500
<br />lumen lamp will be 35.00.1
<br />A Lam No.IZSI, a 6000 lumen lamp at 50900 per year, is located on Grace
<br />Street, west of &ebster Street. This section of Grace Street ends at the alley west
<br />of "Yebtter and I can see no necessity for a 6000 lumen lamp. At the alley west of •
<br />Webster Street is being used extensively I' think it advisable to have a small light
<br />to ..mark the end of the street and illuminate this alley.
