Upon the recommendation of Wm. F. Qualls, the Board approved the petition of the Indiana Bell Telephone Company to place under ground conduit in Mast �arrple Street, between Columbia and Clinton Streets, as outlined in their petitio of Yarch. I5th., I929. This work veing necessary in order to provide permanent under- ground conduit and cable plant in the proposed street depression, under the elevated railroad trac'ces at this location.
