Wednesday, November 2Ist., 1928. <br />(861) south of center line of said track'shall'be `depressed seven and seventy <br />hundredths feet (7.701) below the top of the. south rail of the old west bound main <br />main track at said intersection, the elevation of said rail being 63.58 when referred <br />to South Bend datum and 148.79 when referred to New fork Celitral datum; the clearance <br />shall be fifteen feet (I51) between the surface of the street as fixed above and the <br />superstructure over said street; the grade of said street under the super structure <br />shall be level. The grade of the approach of said street norti from a point one <br />hundred and eighteen feet (1181) north of the center line of old west bound main track <br />dhall be an ascending grade of two and one -daft feet (2.51) to each one hundred feet <br />(JO01) until it intersect'.. the present grade of said street. The grade of the approach <br />on the south from a point eighty-six feet (861) south of the center line of said old <br />west bound track shall be an ascending grade two and one-half feet (2.51) to each one <br />hundred feet (1001) until it intersects the present grade of the street, except that <br />vertical curves sixty feet (60 t) in len#th1-..shal1 be provided at the upper and lower <br />.ends of the approach grades. <br />(5) The grade of Dunn Street, which intersects Chapin Street at a point immediately <br />north of the tracks of said railr^ad shall be changed and the grade east from the east <br />line of Chapin Street as fixed at No.4 above, shall be an ascending grade three feet <br />(31) in each one mundred feet (I001) until it intersects the present grade of Dunn <br />6treet; except that vertical curves sixty feet (-60:) in length shall be provided at <br />the upper and lower end of the grade as changed. <br />(6) 6cott Street: At the intersection of Scott Street and the tracks of said <br />railroad, the surface of said street from a point thirty feet (301) north of the <br />center line of old west bound main track to a point one hundred thirty feet tI301) <br />south of the center line of said main track, shall be depressed three feet (31) below <br />the top of the south rail of the old west bound main track at said intersection, the <br />elevation of said rail being 64.20 when referred to South Bend datum, and 149.41 <br />when referred to New York Central datum. Clearance shall be twelve and one half feet <br />(I21) below the surface of the street as fixed above and the superstructure over said <br />!, street; the grade of said street under the superstructure shall be level; the grade <br />of the approach of said street north from a point thirty feet (30') north of said old <br />west bound main track shall be a descending grade of nine hundredths feet (.091) in <br />t each one hundred feet (I001) until it intersects t -e present grade of street at the <br />center line of Dunn Street. The grade on the approach south from a point one hundred <br />and thirty feet (I301) south of the center line of the old west bound main track shall <br />be an ascending grade of ninety-two hundredths feet (0.921) in each one hundred feet <br />(I001) until i- intersects the present g ade of Scott Street, except that vertical <br />curves sixty feet (601) in length shall be provided at the upper and lower ends of <br />til <br />the south approach grade. <br />(7) The grade of the first alley north of Ford Street, which alley intersects <br />Chapin Street and Scott Street, shall be changed and the grade of said alley east <br />r . <br />from the east line of 0hapin Street as established in No.4 above shall be an ascending <br />grade of three feet (31) to each one hundred feet (I001) until it intersects the <br />�j present grade of said alley; except that vertical curves forty feet (401) in l eng'gh <br />I: <br />shall, be provided, at the upper and lower ends of the grades. as changed; and the grade <br />• <br />0 <br />• <br />is <br />• <br />• <br />
