• <br />• <br />C] <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />Wednesday, November 21st. , 1928. <br />of said alley west of the west line of Scott Stre-�t, as established in No.6 above, !' <br />shall be an ascending grade of three feet (3f) to each one hundred feet (I00f) until <br />it intersects the present grade of said alley, except that vertical curves forty <br />feet (4011 in length shall be provided at the upper and lower ends of the grade <br />as changed. <br />(8) Prairie Avenue; At the intersection of Prairie Avenue and the tracks <br />of said railroad, the surface of said avenue from a 'point eleven feet (III) north, <br />to a point one hundred ninety-seven feet (197t) south of the center line of the old <br />west bound main track, shall be depressed one and eighty three hundredths feet <br />(I.831) below the top of the south rail of the old west bound main track, the <br />elevation of said south rail being 64.28 when referred to South Bend datum and 149.49 <br />when referred to New York Central datum. Clearance shall be twelve'mnd one half <br />feet (12.51) between the surface of the avenue as fixed above and the bottom of the <br />superstructure over said avenue. The grade of said avenge under the superstructure <br />shall be level. <br />The grade of the approach of said avenue from a point eleven feet (III) north <br />of the center line of old wrest bound main track shall be an ascending grade along <br />the two (2) vertical curves each fifty feet (501) in length and the grade of the <br />approach south from a point one hundred and ninety-seven feet (1971) south of the <br />center line of said old west bound main track shall be an ascending grade along two <br />(2* vertical curiren each fity feet (501) in length. That prairie Avenue has been <br />increased in width ten feet (I01) south of the right of way of said vailroad to a <br />total width of seventy feet (70) and it is orders that said avenue be opened to a <br />width of seventy feet (701) across said right of way, and that a subway shall be <br />construction for said width of seventy feet (701). <br />(9) The grade of South Street which intersects Scott Street and Prairie Avenge <br />shall be changed and the grade of said South Street east from the east line of Scott <br />Street, as established at No.6 above, shall be an ascending grade along two (2) <br />vertical naves each sixty feet (WI) in length, and the grade of the .said South <br />Street west of Prairie Avenye, as established at No.8 above, shall be a level grade, <br />until it intersects the present grade of South Street. <br />(JO). The grade of Taylor, which intersects Prairie Avenue shall be changed <br />to conform to the north approach grade of prairie Avenye as fixed in No.8 above, and <br />the grade of Taylor Street north of the intersection of said streets shall be an <br />ascending vertical curve fifty feet (501 ) long. <br />(II) Lafayette Street; At the intersection of Lafayette Street and the tracks <br />i <br />,j <br />�f said railroad, the surface of said street from a point forty three feet (43 ) <br />!' north of the center line of old west bound main track to a point one hundred and <br />fifty two feet (I521) south of center If said track shall be depressed one and fifty <br />one hundredths feet (I.5I1) below the top of the south rail of the old west bound <br />main track, the elevation of said track being 64.52 when referred to South Bend datum <br />and 149.73 when referred to New York Central datum. Clearance shall be twelve <br />and one half feet (12.5) between the surface of the street as fixed above and super <br />structure over said street; the grade of said street under the superstructure shall <br />
