The grade ' of the <br />approach south from a point seventeen feet 117t) south of the center line of the old <br />main track of the New York Central Illinois Division shall be a descending grade of <br />.six feet (61) to each one hundred feet (I001) until it intersects the present grade <br />of Harris Street, except that vertical curves twenty feet (201) in length shall be <br />;',provided at the upper and lower ends of grade as changed. The grade north fr5m a <br />point one hundred and three feet (I031) north from the said.eenter .line of said track <br />shall be a descending grade of one and one-half feet (1.51) to e•-ch one hundred feet <br />`(I001) to a point one hundred and eighty-one feet (18I1) north of said center line; <br />from thence there shall.be a descending. grade of five feet (51) to each one hundred <br />u feet (I001samentil the sae intersects the rresent grade of Harris.Street, except <br />that vertical curves forty feet (401 ) in length shall be provided at points of change <br />of grades. <br />(3I) hord Street: The grade of Ford Street where. the same intersects <br />the tracks of the tracks of the Grand trunk Viestern Railway and the tracks of the <br />Illinois Division of the New York Central Railroad Company at a point forty-three <br />feet (431) east of the center line of'the old main track of the New York Central <br />Illinois Division shall be raised not more than one and eighty-seven hundredths <br />feet (I.871) above the highest rail of the old Grand Trunk ilestern Railway Company's <br />tracks, the elevation of said rail being 6I.28 when referred to South Bend datum, <br />and I46.49 w jen referred to New York Central datum. The grade of the approaeheast <br />from a point sixty three feet (631) east of the said center line of the old main <br />track of the New York Central, Illinois Division, shall be a descending grade of five <br />feet (51) to each one hundred feet (I001) until the same intersects the present <br />grade of Ford Street; except that vertical curves forty feet (401) in 1negth shall be <br />provided at the upper and lower ends of grade as changed. The grade west to a point <br />one hundred eighty-seven feet (I871) west from the said center line of said track <br />shall be a descending grade of four tenths feet (0.041) to each one hund-ed feet <br />(I001); from thence shall be a descending grade along two vertical curves each forty <br />feet (401) in lenghh until it intersects the present grade of Ford Street. <br />(32) That the tracks of the difference railroads herein referred to shall <br />be raised so as to conform to the aTifferent street grades as herein fixed. <br />(33). That all streets street over which the tracks of the New York <br />Central Railroad Company are required by t'--is resolution to be raised or elevated, <br />shall have the full amount of the clearance as provided for in this resolution for <br />each of said streets for the full width beneath the superstructure, and that at all <br />points where there is a change in the direction of street grades as fixed above <br />suitable a.lowanees shall be made for vertical curves. <br />(34) And the tracks of the Terre Haute and Logansport Railroad Company <br />
