Vednesday Evening November Mt., 1928. <br />feet (51) to each one hundred feet (TOO) -until it intersects the present .--rade of Leer, <br />Street except that vertical curves forty feet (401) in length shall be provided at the <br />uD-roe-r and lower ends of the approach. The grade of the approach south from the south <br />right of way line shall be a descending grade of one and thirtyseven hundredths feet <br />(10371) to each one hundred feet (1001) -until it intersects the present- grade of <br />Leer street, except that vertical curves forty feet (401) in length shall be provided <br />at the lower end of the approach. <br />The gra,.e of Raymbnd Court shall be changed so as to conform to <br />the grade of Leer Street and the grade of said Raymond ourt west from the west line <br />of Leer Street shall be a descending gtade along two vertical curves each forty feet <br />(40r) in leng".� h until it intersects the present grade of Raymond Court. The grade <br />of said -Raymond court eastwak-.41y from the east line of Leer"Street shall be,a descend- <br />ing grade of two and one half feet (2.51) to each one hundred feet (1001) until it <br />intersects the present grade of Raymond Court. <br />The grdde of the alley adjacent to New York Central Railroad north <br />right of way line running between Miami Street and Leer Street, known as Leer Court, <br />shall be changed so as to conform to the grade of Leer Street. The grade of said <br />Leer Court westwardly from the west line of Leer �'_treet shall be a descending grade <br />• <br />of feive feet (51) to each one hundred feet (1001) until it intersects the -oresent <br />grade of the said Leer Court, except that vertical curves forty feet (401) in length <br />shall be provided at the upper and lower ends of the approach grade. The grade of <br />said Leer Court eastwardly from the east line of Leer Street shall be a descending <br />grade of five feet (51) to each one hundred feet (I001) until it intersects the <br />present grade of the said Leer Court, except that vertical curves forty feet (401) <br />• <br />in length shall be provided at the upper and lower ends of the a-moroach grade. <br />(28) No se-Daration of grade shall be required where the tracks <br />of said railroad intersects the first alley east of 111chigan Street and that part of <br />said alley which lies within the right of way of said company shall be vacated. <br />(29) '0outh Walnut Street: The grade of South Walnut Street where <br />the same intersects the tracks of the Grand Trunk "estern Railway and the tracks of <br />• <br />the Illinois Division of the New York Central Railroad, shall be raised not more than <br />four and fifty-nine hundredths feet (4.591) above the ton of the highest rail of. the <br />old Grand Trunk ffestern Railway Company's tracks, the elevation of said rail being <br />61.48 when referred to South Bend datum, and 146569 when referred to New York Central <br />datum. The grade of the approach south from a point twenty seven feet (281) south <br />of said. center line of said track shall be a descending grade of five feet (51) to <br />each one hundred feet (I001) until the same intersects the rresent grade of South <br />Walnut Street,, except that vertical curves forty feet (401) in length shall be provided <br />at the uDner and lower ends of grade as changed. The grade of the approach north <br />said <br />from a point one hundred and three feet (1031) north from the above center line shall <br />be a descending gr4de of five feet (51) to each one hundred feet (I001) until it <br />10illiam 'treet, <br />intersects the present grade of South except that vertical curves <br />forty feet (401) in length shall be provided at the upper and lower ends. of grade <br />as changed. <br />
