284 Tffendestiay, November 21st. , 1928. <br />(now Pennsylvania Railroad Company), Indiana Northern Railway Company, Oliver Chilled <br />Plow Company, and Studebaker Corporation, whose tracks intersect or connect with the <br />tracks of the New York- Central Railroad Company, if said comranies or any of them <br />shall desire to keep and maintain said -connection, shall be raised so as toconform <br />to the grades of said New York Central Riilroad Company as herein established and <br />make rroper connections with same. <br />(35) That the said improvement shall be made and paid for accord- <br />ing the method and manner provided for in an Act of the General Assembly of Indiana <br />of 1923t Page 110, or any other law applicable thereto. <br />That the Chicago-,, South Bend and Northern Indiana Railway Company, <br />which maintains street car tracks at Chapin 6treet and Michigan Street, where the <br />same intersect the tracl-cs of said railroad company, be and is hereby ordered to <br />reconstruct its tracks according to the grades herein provided for, and shall Day <br />five percent ts%) of the cost of the alteration of such grade crossings at such <br />intersections. <br />AND 7-7, IT 7TRITTIER RT.9OLV7,D, That this Resolution as above modifiedi <br />be and is hereby in all things arproved and confirmed and it is hereby ordered that <br />this resolution be referred to the Common Council of the City of South -Bend, Indiana, <br />for its consideration, ratification, and approval. <br />Adopted and confirmed this 2Ist., day of November 1928.. <br />si gned 71.
