The grade of said street under the <br />'surerstructure shall be level. The grade of the approach on the north from a point <br />,sixty feet (601) north of the center line of the old west bound main track shall <br />be an ascending grade of two and one half feet (2.51) to each one hundred feet (I001) <br />until it intersects the present gradeof P:!,.iami Street. The grade of the approach on <br />the south from a point seventy-eight feet ( 781 ) from the said center line of the old <br />.West bound main track shall be an ascending grade of four feet (41) to each one <br />hundred feet (I001) until it intersects the vresent grade of Miami Street; except <br />that vertical curves forty feet (401) in length shall be provided at upper and lower <br />'ends of approaches. <br />The grade, of Raymond Court shall be changed so as to conform to the grade <br />of Tiami Street and shall ascend on a grade of five feet (51) to each one hundred <br />feet (1001 ) from a point twenty feet (201 ) each of the east line of Yiami Streetuntil <br />it intersects the present grade of Raymond Court. Vertical curves forty feet (401) <br />in length to be provided at upper and lower end of 7--ade as changed. The grades of <br />:Brook Street and Leer Court which intersect T-.Uami Streeton the west and east sides <br />shall be changed so as to conform to the grade of Yia mi Street, and then ascend at <br />the rate <br />of five <br />feet (51) to each <br />one hundred <br />feet (I001) <br />until they <br />intersect the <br />present <br />,grades of <br />Brook Street and <br />Leer Court, <br />except that <br />vertical <br />curves forty <br />feet (401) in length shall be rrovided at the upper and lower ends of the grade as <br />i.changed. That Miami Street is being increased in width by adding flyky-f@et (5'1) <br />to both the east and west sides of said street, and it is therefore ordered that <br />'the grades of said railroad shall be separated at Miami Street so as to provide <br />for a street sixty feet (601) in width. <br />(26). The grade of Marine street :adhere the same intersects the track of <br />• daid railroad company shall not be raised, but the tracks of said railroad inhere they <br />intersect said street shall be raised four and sixty-nine hundredths ceet (4.691) <br />above the top of the south nail of the old west bound main track, the elevation of <br />said track being 66.34 when referred to South Bend datum, and I5I.55 when Teferred to <br />New York Central datum and the tracks of said company across the said street shall <br />be raised to conform to the grade at provided therein. <br />• (27) The grade of Leer Street where the same intersects the tradks of <br />said railroad shall be raised two and sixteen hundredths feet (2.I61) above the top <br />of the south rail of the old west bound main trac'c, the elevation of said rail being <br />66.46 when referred to South Bend datum, and I5I.67 when referred to New York datum. <br />The grade of said street where it intersects the northerly right of way line shall be <br />raised one and ninety-four hundredths feet (I.941) above said sotu rail and the grade <br />of said street where it intersects the south rightof-way line shall be raised one <br />and twenty-seven hundredths feet (I.271) above said south rail.
