The grade of the approach of said street north from <br />a •point ninety-eight feet (981) from the center line of the old west bound main <br />track shall be an ascending grade of two and one half feet (2.51) to each one hundred i <br />(I001) fleet until it intersects the present grade of High Stree'.. The grade through <br />subway shall be a level grade to a point seventy nine feet (79?c south of the center <br />line of old west bound main track, From this xpoint the grade of the approach of <br />said street south shall be an ascending grade of two and one half feet (2.51) to each <br />one hundred feet (I001) until it intersects the presend grade of High Street. <br />Vertical curves sixty feet (601) in length shall be provided at upper- and lower ends <br />of approaches. The grade of the alley north of "enger -Itreet which intersects the <br />west line of High Street shall be changed so as to conform to the grade of High <br />Street, and the grade of said alley from a -point -thirty feet (301) west of the west <br />line of High Street shall be an ascending grade of five feet (51) to each one hundrd <br />feet (I001) until it intersects the present grade of said alley; except that vertical <br />curves sixty feet (601) in length shall be provided at the upper and lower ends of <br />approach grade. <br />The grade of the alley and a portion of Keasey Street adjacent to <br />the New York Central Railroad south right of way -line which intersects High Street <br />shall be changed to conform to the grade of High Street, and the grade of said <br />alley and portion,of Keasey 6treet from a Doint thirty feet (301) west of west line <br />of High Street shall be an ascending grade of three feet (31) to each one hundred <br />feet (1001) tntil it intersects the present grade of said alley and portion of <br />Keasey street, except that vertical curves sixty feet (601) in length shall be <br />provided at the upper and lower ends of a7proach grade. <br />(24). The grade of Keasey ''street where the same intersects the <br />west line of High Street shall be changed wo as conform to the grade of High Street <br />as fixed in No.23 above, and the grade of said street from a point thirty feet (30t) <br />west of the west line of nigh Street shall be an ascending grade of three feet (31) <br />to each one hundred feet. (IOOI) until it intersects the present grade of said street, <br />except that vertical curves sixty feet (601) in length shall be provided for at <br />the upper and lower ends of the grade, The gradeof the first alley south of Ohio <br />Street which intersects the west line of High 6treet shall be changed to as to <br />!j conform to the grade of High Street, and the grade of the said alley frmm a point <br />twenty feet (201) west of the west line of High Street shall be an ascending grade <br />h <br />of five feet (51) to each one hundred feet (I001) until it intersects the rresend <br />grade of said alley.
