The trade of the first alley east of Fellows Streetwhich intersects <br />;Sample Street on the south side shall be changed so as to conform to the grade of <br />Sample Street as established at No.I8 above, and then ascend to the south at the rate <br />of five feet (51) to each one hundred Feet (I001) until, it intersects the present <br />grade of said alley; except that vertical curves forty feet (401) in length shall be <br />provided at the upper and lower ends of said grade. <br />(2I) Ohio Street: No separation of grades shall be required where the tracks <br />of said railroad intersect Ohio Street, and that part of said street which lies within <br />.:the right of way of said company shall be vacated. Said Ohio Street shall be connected <br />with Marietta Street south of the right of way of said railroad, and a separation of <br />grades of Yarietta Street shall be provided as stated in No.22 h.elow, and the grades <br />of said Ohio Street. west of Marietta Street shall be a straight line from the grade <br />of the westerly line of Marietta Street as fixed in No.22 below to the present grade <br />of Ohio Street at -the west line of the alley east of Rush Street, and the grade of <br />Ohio Street east of 1arietta Street shall be an ascending grade on a straight line <br />from the grade of the easterl _lice o Marietta Street as fixed in No.22 below until <br />it intersects the present grade of Ohio street one hundred feet (I001) west of the <br />west line of the alley west of High Street. <br />(22)`arietta street: The intersection of Marietta Streit and said railroad <br />shall be changed so that said street shall cross the right of way of said railroad <br />';at right an and at a width of sixty feet (601). The center line of sa'.d I=arietta <br />Street as changed shall intersect the center line of the right of way of said rail- <br />road at approximately the same point ,-ihere the present center line of said Marietta <br />Strut intersects the center line of the right of way. And at said changed i.ntersee- <br />tion of Yarietta Street and the tracks of said railroad the surface of said street <br />shall be depressed fout and sixty-nine hundredths feet (4.691) below the top of the <br />.,south rail of the old west bound main track at said in',ersecti-on; the elevation of <br />said track being 66.81 when referred to South -3end datum and I52.02 when referred to <br />New Yore "entral Datum; clearance shall be twelve and one half feet (12.51) between - <br />the surface of the street as fixed above and the ]5ottm of the superstructure over <br />said street; and the grade of the approach to the north of the superstructure shall <br />be a level grade until it intersects the present grade of larietta Street and the <br />anproac# of said street to the south shall be a level grade from the southerly line <br />of the superstructure to a point one hundred twenty feet (I201) north of the north <br />line of -Keasey Street and from a point one hundred twenty feet (I231) north of the <br />north line of Keasey Street shall be an ascending grade of two and twenty seven <br />hundredths feet (2.271) to each one hundred feet (I001) until it intersects the present <br />grade of Marietta Street ata point thirty feet (301) north of the north line of <br />-Keasey Street, except that vertical curves sixty feet (601) in length shall be <br />provided at the upper and lower ends of the grades as changed. All that part of <br />said street which lies within the right of way of said company outside the new street <br />lines shall be vacated. <br />(23). High Street: At the intersection of High Street and the tracks of <br />said railroad, the aurface of said street shall be depressed eight and forty one <br />
