The grade of Tutt Street which in ersects Fellows Street shall be <br />changed to co#form to the grade of Fellows Street aw established at No.I5 above, and the <br />grade of said street west from the west line of Fellows Street shall be an a seening grade <br />of three feet (31) to each one hundred feet (I00 1) until it intersects the present <br />grade of T.u.tt Street, except that vertical curves sixty feet (601) in length shall <br />be provided at the upper and lower ends of the grade. The grade of the alley west <br />of Tutt Street which jntersects the west line of Tutt Street shall be changed to <br />conform to the grade of Tutt Street; and the Mrade of said alley from a point twenty <br />feet (20 t) west of the west bone of Tutt Street shall be an ascending grade of five <br />feet (51) to each one hundred feet (I001) until it intersects the present grade of <br />said alley, except that vertical curves corty feet (401) in length shall be provided <br />i <br />at upper and lower ends of approach grade. <br />(I8). Sample Street: At the intersection of Sample Street and the <br />tracks of said railroad, the grade of said street from a point one hundred and thirty <br />�{ six feet (I361) west of the center line of the old west bound main track to a point <br />one hundred and thirty-two feet (I321) east of said center line of said track shall <br />be a level grade and shall be depressed six and thirty-nine hundredths feet (6.391) <br />below the top of the south rail of the old west bound main trac = at said intersection; <br />the elevation of said rail being 67.30 when referred to South Bend datum, and I52.51 <br />when referred to New York Central datum. Clearance shall be fourteen feet (I4') <br />between the surface of the street as ficed above and the bottom of the superstructure <br />over said street. The grade of the approach of said street west from a point one <br />hu#dred and thirty-six feet (I361) west of the Wald center line of the old west bound <br />main track shall be an 4scending grade of one and twenty-three hundredths. feet <br />(I.231) to each -..one .hundred feet (I00I) until it intersects the grade of Fellows <br />Street as fixed in No.I5 above; except that vertical curves sixty feet (601) in <br />length shall be provided at the upper and lowereends of the grade; and the grade of <br />Sample Street west from the west line of Fellows Street shall be an ascending grade of: <br />two (21) feet to each one hundred feet (I00') until it intersects the present grade <br />of Sample Street, except that vertical curves sixty feet (601) in length shall be <br />provided at the upper and lower ends of said grade.
