Wednesday Evening, Novem'her 2Ist,., 1928. <br />2177 <br />• <br />0 <br />• <br />intersection; the clearance shall be twelve and one half feet (1211) between the <br />surface of the street as fixed above and the bottom of the superstructure otter said <br />street; the grade of the approach of said street east from a point one hundred and <br />forty seven feet (I471) from the censer line of the said west bound main track shall <br />be an ascending grade of three feet (31) to each one hundred feet (TOO') until it <br />intersects the nresend g-��ade of Bronson Street; the grade of said street under the <br />superstructure shall be level. The grade of the approach west from a point one hundred <br />forty-four feet (I441) west of the center line if said west bound main track shall <br />be an ascending grade of three feet (31� to each one hundred feet (TOOL) until it <br />intersects the present grade of Bronson Street. �ertijdal curve sixty feet (60t) in <br />length shall be provided where rate of grade changes. <br />(I5) Fellows Street: -At the intersection of Fellows Street and the tracks of <br />said railroad the surface of the street from a point eighty seven feet (871) north of <br />the center line of the old west bound main track to a point one hundred and one feet <br />(1011) south of said track shall be depressed six and fifty-nine hundredths feet <br />(6.591) below the top of the south rail of said old west bound main track at said <br />intersection. The elevation of said track being 67.66 when referred to South Bend <br />datum and.I52.87 when referred to New York Central datum; clearance shall be fourteen <br />feet (I41) between the surface of the street as fixed above and bottom of the surer <br />"structure over said street. The grade of the north approach from a point eighty - <br />.seven feet (871) north of said center line of the old west bound main track shall be <br />an ascending grade of two and one-half feet_(22') to each one hundred feet (IOO') <br />until it intersects the -present grade of Fellows Street, except that vertical curves <br />• <br />sixty feet (601) in length shall be provided at the upper and lower ends of said <br />;grade. The grade of the south approach from a point eighty-one feet (8I') south of <br />the center line of said west bound main track to the new north line of Sample Street <br />shall be an ascending grade along two vertical curves each forty feet (40 1 ) in lengtkt; <br />;from the new north line of Sample Street to the south line of Sample Street t'_qe surface <br />of the street shall be depressed five and four tenths feet (5.41) below the top of <br />• <br />said south rail of the old west bound main track; and the grade of fellows Street <br />from a point thirty feet (301) south of the south line of Sample Street shall be an <br />ascending grade of two and one half feet (2.51) to each one hundred -feet (I00 t ) until <br />it intersects the present -?rade of Fellows Street; except that vertical curves sixty <br />feet (601) in length shall be provided at the upper and lower ends of said grade; that <br />Fellows Street is being increased in width by adding twenty feet (201) to the east <br />side of said street and it- is, therefore, ordered that the grades of said railroad <br />shall be separated at said Fellows Street so as to provide for a street sixty feet <br />_ <br />(601) in width. <br />(I6). The grade of the first alley south of Sample Street which intersects <br />Fellows Street shall be changed so as to conform to the grade of Fellows Street as <br />fixed at No.I5 above; and the grade of said alley both east and west of Fellows Street <br />shall be an ascending grade of five feet (51) to each one hundred feet (1001) until <br />it�eheects the present grade of said alley except that vertical curves forty feet <br />
