<br />The above named streets and alleys within the limits prescribed
<br />above shall be graded from property line to property line, and the roadway thereof
<br />shall be graded or paved, and also the roadway of certain portions of the btreets and a1:
<br />alleys ili ich enter or intersect said streets and alleys shall be "graded or graded and
<br />paved. All intersecting alleys, not shown as paved on the plans, for this improvement,
<br />shall be graded to conform to the grade of the street so intersected! The paving mate' ,'
<br />ial 'to be used in ruing said improvedment shall be sheet asphalt, asphaltic c on3erete,
<br />brick or portland cement concrete pavement. The foundation shall be portland matt
<br />concrete six (6") inches thick for the sheet asphalt, asphh,ltic concrete and brick.
<br />Curb wall, concrete ifiallc and concrete curb shall be constructed along said streets and
<br />alleys. where same is necessary, manholes, storm Vrater inlets and conduits shall be
<br />constructed where necessary. Also water and sevier connections shall be constructed from
<br />the diefference mains to a point six (6") inches inside the curb lines, where necessary.;,

<br />ed in accordance with Track elevation Act, approved Yarch I, I923, as shown in Burns
<br />Revised Statutes of the State of Indiana, I926, Section 10541.

<br />Board will receive, open and consider sealed proposals for the construction of said
<br />improvements up to IA:00 A. PA. The Board further orders that notices of said proposals

<br />over lots and parcels of land adjoining and abutting apon that portion of -6ample Stre
<br />which extends from the N. J. I. & I. R. R. to the west line of the East -.,- of the bout
