Be it resolved bar the Board of Public ?forks of the City of -South Bend, St. I.Joseph County, State of Indiana, that it is desired and deemed necessary to improve IIBy Sewer: Teasey ''treet from Zeasey -Street sewer to High Street, and Hi6h street from the north right of way line to the south right of way line of the New York entral ailroad,, as follows; to -wit; Beginning at a manhole at the intersection 8f the enter line of High Street with the northerly right of way line of the New York entral lroad produced, thence south along the center line of High Street to the southerly right of way line of td New York Central Railroad produced, with a thirty (3011) inch circular sewer; thence approximately at right an les to above mention line to the west property line of 'west high Street with a twenty (20" inch double strenghh vitrified pipe sewer; thence north westerly along a line fifteen (I5") feet south of and parallel to the southerly right of may line of New York Central Railroad to a manhole in the Keasey street sewer with a twenty (20") inch double strength vitrified pipe sewer; also, Marietta Street from Ohio Street (north of N. Y. C. R. R.) to Ohio Street ;;(south of N. Y. C. R. R.) ;and Ohio Street between Marietta Street and alley west of Marietta Street, as follows Sto -wit: Beginning at a sewer in--6hio Street approximately at the intersection of the icenter line of Ohio Street (north of N. Y. C. R. R.) produced west and the center line of r=arietta "treet produced north easterly, thence south westerly along the center line of Marietta Street, to the north line of Ohio Street, (south of the N. Y. C. R. R.) nrodueed southeasterly, with an eighteem (I87) inclt vitrifidd sewer pipe, thence along a curve to the right with a radius of thirty (30') feet and an angle of intersection of ninety (90) degrees, a distance of forty seven and twelve one hundredths (47.I21) feet to a roint in thecenter line of Ohio Street (south of N. Y. C. R. R.) with an eighteen (I8n)+ inch vitrified pipe server, thence northwesterly along the center line of Ohio Street (south of the N. Y. G. R. R.) to a point on the center line of Ohio Street, said point being on the center line of Ohio Street produced west, through the point of begin.
