<br />All proceedings had hereunder shall be as provided for in dhapter 206,fif
<br />the Acts of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana for the yeal. 1925 and in
<br />Sections 97 *a`act both inclusive of an �ct of the GeneRaL 1 A ssembly f the

<br />of Indiana entitled "An Act Concerning Yunicipal Corporations" approved Yla'rch 6,
<br />1905 and all acts amendatory and supplemental thereof.
<br />Be it further resolved that the Board of -Public Works fix the 29th., day of
<br />lugust, 1928, at 7-15 P. It., as the date upon which remonstrances may be filed
<br />or presented by persons interested in or affected by said proceedings above described,
<br />and that said Board meet at its office on said day at 7-15 P. Y.., for the purpose
<br />of hea - ing and considering any remonstrances which may have been filed or presented
<br />and for the -our-nose of taking final and conclusive action thereon.

<br />Be it further resolved that notice of this resolution shall be ublished

<br />News Times and Tribune according to law.
