Tuesday, July 3rd. , 1928. <br />No.2031. The Board .signed..and- approved same in the amount of 8,095.31. <br />City Engineer, H. G. Wray, submitted a copy of the contract for <br />heavy traffic sheet asphalt pavement improvement on 36th., Street from Mishawaka, Avenue <br />to North Side Blvd., in accordance with the terms of the contract between the, City and the <br />Albert Construction Company, contractors, under Improvement Resolution No.20N. The <br />Board approved and signed same in the amount of 17,734.10. <br />City Engineer, H. G. dray, submitted a copy of the contract for the <br />heavy traffic sheen asphalt pavement improvement on College Street from -otOxh one of <br />Vassar Avenue to the north line of Humboldt Street, in -accordance with the terms of the <br />contract between the City and the Albert Construction Oompany, dontractors, under: <br />Improvement Resolution No.2029. The Board signed final approved same in the amount of <br />7,575.75. <br />City Engineer, H. G. �7 ay, submitted partial e stirra to No.1 for the <br />light traffic as haltic concrete pavement improvement and sewer improvement on Woodlawn <br />Boulevard from alley east of Inglewood Place to Riverside Drive; on Parkview Pla-ce and <br />Hollywood Place from �ooc3lawn Blvd. , to Oakwood Boulevard, .and on south bald of Ook-wood <br />Boulevard from west line of Riverside Boulevard to Portage Avenue, in accordance with <br />the terms of the contract between the City and the Williston Construction Company, <br />contractors, under Improvement Resolution No.2025. The Board signed and approved same <br />in the amount of 50,536.07. <br />City Engineer, H. G. Wray, submitted partial estimate No.I for <br />the light traffic concrete pavement improvement on Ewing Avenue from west line of Leer <br />Street to Ernesperger street, in accordanee with the ter-ns of the contract between the <br />City and Alex Buk=ski, contractor, under Improvement Resolution No.2076. The Board <br />signed and approved same in the amount of 5,362.65. <br />City Engineer, H. G. Wray, filed plans, specifications and estimtte <br />and the Board adopted said plans.and specifications together with the following Improve <br />Dent -Resolution No.2I07. <br />STREET OR ALLEY I? PROV 3 'NT RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2I0 7. <br />Be it resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, douAty of St. Joseph, that it is desired and deemed necessary to improve;'', <br />Cherry Street from the end of the present concrete pavement to the <br />New York Central. Railroad; <br />Alley along the south right of way line of the New York Central <br />Railroad from a point one hundred nineteen feet (II91) west of the center line of Cherry;. <br />Street to a .point one hundred five feet (I051) east of the center .line of Cherry Street;' <br />Arnold Street from a point -four hundred ninety two _feet (4921) south <br />of the center line of west bound main track of the New York Central Railroad to two hundred <br />forty six feet (2461) north of the center line of west bound main track of the -new York <br />Central Railroad; <br />Hancock Street from the east line of Arnold Street to a point about <br />one hundred fifty feet (I501) east of the east line of Arnold Street; <br />Huron Street from Arnold Street to a point one hundred seventeen <br />feet (II71) west,of the west line of Arnold Street; <br />Walnut Street from north rail of west bound main track of the New <br />York Central Railroad to a point one hundred n inety five feet (1951) north of the <br />center line of west bound main track of the flew York Central Railroad; <br />Walnut Street from south line of Division Street to north line of the <br />alley south of Division Street; <br />Division Street from a point two hundred seventy-eight feet (2781) <br />west of the center line of west bound main track of the. New York Central Railroad to a <br />point two hundred ninety-eight feet (2981) east of the center line of west bound main track <br />of the New York Central Railroad; <br />Harris Street from north cu1Eb line of Ford Street to a _point about <br />two hundred seventy feet (2701) south of the New York Central Railroad east bound main <br />track.
