The .paving material to <br />be used in. maing said improvement shall be sheet asphalt, asphaltic concrete, brick <br />or portland cement c oncrete pavement/ The foundation shall be po rtland cement <br />concrete six (6") inches thick for the sheet asphalt, apphaltie conerete, and brick. <br />Curb wall, concrete walk and concrete curb shall be c_onstructedalong said streets <br />and alleys where same is necessary. jjanholes, storm water inlets and conduits shall <br />be constructed where necessary. Also water and ' sewer connections shall be constructed <br />from the different mains to a point six (6") inches inside the curb lines, where <br />necessary. All manhole tops and storm water inlets shall be set to the proper grade. <br />Concrete marginal curb shall be constructed at all street and alley intersections <br />where necessary; all as is more particularly shown and all in accordance with the <br />plans, profiles, detail drawings a d specifications on file in the office of the <br />.department of Public Works, of the pity of South Bend, Indiana. <br />The cost of _tlae improvement herein provided .for, shall be apportioned <br />in accordance with Track. -Elevation Act, appproved, March I, 1923, as shown in Burns <br />Revised Statutes of the estate of Indiana, I926 6ection I054I, <br />Adopted this 3rd. , day of July I928 <br />John J.-Olejniczak <br />Ralph H. muss <br />Attested: <br />Hazel A.
