Tuesday, July 3rd., 1928. 0 U • C] 1 ford Street from 'a point about two hundred seventy-five feet (2751 ) west of main track of New York Central Railroad (Illinois-I)ivision) to a point about one hundred thirty-two feet (I32 t) ,north of said main track. it r, she above 'named streets and alleys within the limits prescribed above shall be -graded from property line to property line, and the raodway thereof shall be paved. amd also the roadway. of certain portions of the streets and alleys which enter or intereect'.said street s4allibe graded and paved. The .paving material to be used in. maing said improvement shall be sheet asphalt, asphaltic concrete, brick or portland cement c oncrete pavement/ The foundation shall be po rtland cement concrete six (6") inches thick for the sheet asphalt, apphaltie conerete, and brick. Curb wall, concrete walk and concrete curb shall be c_onstructedalong said streets and alleys where same is necessary. jjanholes, storm water inlets and conduits shall be constructed where necessary. Also water and ' sewer connections shall be constructed from the different mains to a point six (6") inches inside the curb lines, where necessary. All manhole tops and storm water inlets shall be set to the proper grade. Concrete marginal curb shall be constructed at all street and alley intersections where necessary; all as is more particularly shown and all in accordance with the plans, profiles, detail drawings a d specifications on file in the office of the .department of Public Works, of the pity of South Bend, Indiana.
