<br />on the petition for a change in the type of pavement other than that specified in
<br />the preliminary order for the pavement. of Adams Street from Lincoln Flay "est to
<br />Humbolt 6treet under Improvement yes olution No.2027:
<br />"There are 68 res dent property holders on this improve
<br />meat, 37 of whom have signed the petition for a concrete pavement, this being a
<br />certain k`nd of the kinds of pavement for which were received. This number consti-
<br />toes a majority of the resident property owners, I would therefore recommend that
<br />a final order be issued ,for concrete pavement on the above improvement. signed

<br />The Board, therefore, approved ibr. sAJray's recommendation
<br />And .hereby makes a final order for concrete pavement heavy traffic as the type of
<br />pavement with which said street shall be improved and awards the contract for said
<br />improvement to C. M. FLdred at his low bid of 17,743.50.

<br />In the above named vacation resolution, the Board, hereby;
<br />orders hat on. the 25th. , day of July, 1928, this Boardwill meet in their office
<br />in the ity Hall at 7-I5 P. l.a., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons
<br />whose property may be affected by said proceedings. The Board further orders that
<br />notices of said hearing shall be publishe on the 6th., day of July and on the I3th
<br />day of July, I928 in the ''ouch Bend News limes and Tribune according to law.

<br />office to the City Hall at I0:00 A. Y... to 'year and receive remonstrances from all
<br />persons whose property has been assessed for said improvement and will decide
<br />whether the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvements
<br />have been or will be benefited in the amounts named of said assessment rolls or in
<br />a greater or less sun than that shown on said rolls. The Board farkher orders that
