<br />If In all of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators
<br />appeared and no written remonstrance ma,s filed, and the Board, being fully advised
<br />I in the premises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed
<br />for said improvements have been benefited in the amounts, shown on said assessment

<br />rolls. The Board, therefore, takes final action on said assessment rolls and declares
<br />same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. The
<br />Board now orders said assessment rolls delivered to the Department of Finance.

<br />Greenlawn Avenue to 22nd. , Street under Improvement Resolution No. I923.
<br />Assessment roll for the sewer in Wilber Street from Lincoln Way.

<br />In both of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators

<br />Joseph River under Condemnatinn Resolution No.2038.
<br />In the above named assessment roll, remonstrators appeared
<br />and•.a written remonstrance was filed by the Grand Trunk "4estern Railroad Co. After
<br />{ hearing all persons interes `;ed in said assessment roll and being fully advised in
<br />I the premises, the Board finds that the several 1 of s and parcels of land have been
<br />benefited and damaged in the amounts shovel on said assessment roll. The Board,
<br />therefore, ta'Kes final action onsaid roll, over ruling the remonstrances and declares
<br />said assessment roll in all thingsratified,- confirmed and approved and the proceedings
<br />closed. • The Board now orders sdia assessment roll delivered to the Department of
<br />Finance.

<br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby, orders
<br />that on the 3rd., day of July, I928, this Board will meet in their office ak I0:00
<br />A. r:A., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been
<br />assedsed for said improvement and will decide whether the several lots and parcels
<br />of land primarily assessed for said improvement have been or will be benefited in
<br />the amounts shwon on said assessment roll or in a greater or less sum than that
<br />shown on said roll. The Board further orders that notices of said 'hearing shall
<br />be published on the 29th. , day of June and on the 30th. , day of June, I92fl, in
<br />the 6outh Bend News Times and Tribune according to law.

<br />sewer improvement in P.T.ain Street from 2nd., Alley north of Fa,rneman Street to alley
<br />south of Dean Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.I878.
<br />In the above named assessment roll. the Board hereby orders
<br />that on the I8th., day of July, 1928, this Board will meet in their office in the
<br />1 City Hall at 7-I5 P. Y., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose
<br />i property ss been assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the several
<br />lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvement have been or will
<br />be benefited in the amounts shwon on said roll or in a greater or less sum than that
<br />i shown on said assessment roll. The Board further orders that notices of said hearing,
