Wednesday, June 27th. , 1928. <br />133 <br />• <br />• <br />resolutions: This being the date set, hearings were had on the following improvement <br />Improvement Resolution 110.20 79 for the pavement of Chapin Street <br />from Calvert Street to avenue. (See files for copy of resolution.) <br />Improvement Resolution No.2042 for the pavement of l<endall Street from <br />alley north of OL#chard Street to Dunham Street. (See files for copy of resolution.) <br />Improvement Resolution No.2083 for the pavement of Miadison Street from <br />Palmer Blvd., to Harriett Street. (See files for copy of resolution.) <br />Improvement Resolution No.2076 for the pavement of North Shore give <br />from a point 150 feet `crest of the west line of Lafayette Street to the west line of <br />Irquois Street. (See files for copy of resolution.) <br />Improvement Resolution No.2068 for the pavement of Angel la Avenue from ' <br />beeper Avenue to east line of Harter Heights Addition. (See files for copy of resolutions) <br />Improvement Resolution No.204I for the pavement of Jefferson Street from f <br />Walnut Street to Cherry street. ( See files for copy of resolution.) !� <br />In all of the above named improvement resolutions, no remonstrators <br />appeared and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in <br />the premises, finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcelsof land liable to <br />be assessed for said improvements, will be equal to the estimated costs of same as <br />reported by the Cityigineer. The Board, therefore, decides to tare final action <br />on same and declares said improvement resolutions in all things ratified, confirmed <br />and approveds without modification. <br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the following improvement <br />resolutions: <br />Improvement Resolution No.2080 for the pavement of Pierce Street from <br />Cushing Street to Leland Avenue. ( See fi 1 es for resolution.) <br />Improvement Resolution No.2039 for the pavement of St. Peter Street <br />from `TTayne Street to the south line of the first alley south of r'layne Stro a t.. ( See <br />files for copy of resolution.) <br />In both of the above named improvement resolutions, remonstrators appear <br />ed and written � emonstrances were filed. Afterh�earing all persons interested in said <br />improvement resolutions and being fully advised in the premises, decides to rescind all <br />former action taken on said improvement resolutions No.2080 and 2039 and. declares s7ame <br />null and void and the proceedings closed. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Resolution No.1774A, suppleip <br />entary to resolution No. I774 with reference to Trunk and Suh Trunk Sewer Improvements. <br />(See files for resolution.) <br />In the above named supplementary resolution No.I774 A, no remonstrators <br />srpeared and no written remonstrance gays filed, and the Board being fully advised in <br />j the premises, finds that the area . dir district to be drained is rr ope�rly bounded, that <br />the. special benefits to the property within Bach district or area will be equal to the <br />estimated cost of said improvement as reported by the City Eng1neer. The Board, there <br />fore, takes final action on said resolution No.1774A and declares same in all t'•Iings <br />ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Vacation Revolution No.2058 <br />for the Vacation of a portion of Pine Otreet; of the first alley, south of Yonroe Street <br />from the west line of Pine ''treet to the east line of Laurel Street; of a portion of th <br />alley west of Pine Street; and of a portion of Laurel Street . ( See files for copy <br />of resolution.) <br />Ln the above named Vacation Resolution No.2058no remonstrators appeared <br />and no written remonstracce was filed and the Board, beingfal ly advised in the premises <br />decides to take final action on said resolution, and declares same in all things ratifie <br />confirmed and approved. <br />The Board noworders that _a list or roll be prepared o p f all owners or <br />holders of property and of valuable interested therein sought to be taken or to be <br />injuriously affected; which list or roll shall also descri le the property beneficially <br />affected by said vacation. <br />rolls: This being the date set, hearings were '_gad on the following assessment <br />.• <br />Assessment roll for the sewer in College Street from-iumbolt Street to <br />Vassar under Improvement Resolution No.2028. <br />�i <br />ASS <br />essment roll for the sewer in Brookfield Street from Humbolt Street <br />to Vassar under Improvement Resolution No. 2030. . <br />Ii Assessment roll for the dewer in College Street from Elwood, Avenue to <br />l . <br />
