<br />Resolution No.eM for the grade, Barb and walk improvement on Ford Street between
<br />Arnold street and Grand Trunk estern Railway System. (See files for copy of
<br />resolution.)
<br />of In the above named improvement resolution, :the Grand
<br />Trunk ' estern Railway remonstrated due to the fact that when. the track elevation
<br />work is reached at this place, 'it will be necessary to tear out the existing walk
<br />and curb from Harris Street to the tracks. The Board; therefore, being fully
<br />advised in the premises, finds that the benefits to the several lots and pardels
<br />of land liable to be assessed for said improvement will be equal to the estimated
<br />cost of same as reported by the ity Nngineer. The Board, therefore, decided,
<br />to modify said improvement resolution to. -omit the improvement from the Grand rank
<br />Westenn Railway Co., to Harris Street. iith this modification, the Board declares
<br />said resolution in all things ratified, confirmed and approved,- as modifkdd ..
<br />This being the date set , hearing was had on Improvement
<br />Resolution No.2043 for the construction of concrete walk on Arnold Street between
<br />Division Street and Sample Street. (See files for resolution.)
<br />In the above named improvement resolution, the Board finds
<br />that when the track elevation is reached at this place, it will be necessary to tear
<br />out th existing walk and curb from Division Street to the Ist., alley. south of
<br />Huron treet. The Board, therefore, being fully advised in the premises, finds that
<br />the benefits to the property liable to be assessed for said improvement will be
<br />equal to the estimated cost of same an reported by the '4ity Engineer. The Board'
<br />�owever decides to modify siad improvement resolution to omit the improvement from
<br />ivis ion Street to the Istl, alley South of Huron. �Iith this modification, the
<br />Board declares said resolution No.2043 in all things ratified, confirmed and approved
<br />asmodified.
<br />This being the date s.et, hearing was had on bet Back Resole:
<br />tion No;2066 for theset back lines on Division Street from the west line of Taylor
<br />Strut to the east 1 ine of Olive Street .
<br />In the above named set back line resolution, no remonstrators
<br />appeared and no. written remonstrance was filed and the 13oard, being fully advised in
<br />the premises, decides to take final action on said set back resolution No.2066, and
<br />declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
<br />The Board n my order s , that a 11 st or roll be prepared of all
<br />ovme-s and holders of property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken
<br />or to be to be injuriously affected; which list or roll shall also describe the
<br />property beneficially affbeted by said resolution.
<br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the following:

<br />Assessment oll for the sewer in Lawton 6treet between
<br />Olive street and Bendix Drive under improvement Resolution No.I972.
<br />Assessment roll 'for the -sewer in Robinson Street
<br />from the Southeast Trunk Sewer to N. Y.' C. R. R., under Improvement Resolution
<br />No. I974.
<br />Second SAssessment roll. for the grade, curb and walk on Twentyp`
<br />treet from McKinley Avenue to south line of Lots' 65 and 66 in Jefferson
<br />Heights Addition under Improvement Resolution No.I630.
<br />In all of the above named assessments rolls, no remonstrators
<br />appeared and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being sully advised
<br />in the rremises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land which have been
<br />assessed for said improvements, have been benefited in the amounts named on said
<br />roils. The Board, therefore, decides to take final action on said assessment rolls,
<br />and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings;
<br />closed. The Board now orders said assessment rolls, delivered to the D
<br />Finance. epartment of

<br />roll for the sewer in Wilber Street from Lincoln tilay West to Elwood Avenue under
<br />Improvement Resolution No.I939.
<br />In the above named assessment roll a t ritte remonstrance
<br />was filed by the New York Central R. R. Co., and upon the advise of (jity Engineer,
<br />H. G. Wray, the Board decides to continue hearing on said assessment roll until
<br />June 2 7th. , 1928,
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment
<br />roll for the pavement on Ye—Kinley Avenue from Greenlawn to 22nd. , street under Impr
<br />vement Resolution No.I923,
