<br />In the above named assessment roll, no rwritten remonstrance was �I
<br />filed but several remonstrators appeared. After hearing all persons interested in
<br />said assessment roll, the Board decides to continue hearing on said roll until June
<br />27th., 1928.
<br />In the matter of the following named improvements the Board
<br />hereby orders that on the 3rd. , day. of July I928, this Board will receive, open and
<br />read sealed proposals for the construction. of said improvements:

<br />Vf Addition and Lots 31. 329 33 and 34 in Kaley's ec.ond Lincoln Highway Addition
<br />under Improvement Resolution No.2092.
<br />-Sub Trunk Sewer on Aheridan Avenue under Improvement Resolution

<br />The Board further orde s that notices of said proposal's shall be
<br />published in the aonth Bend News Times and ribune on the 22nd. , day of June and on
<br />the 29th. , day of June, 1928, according to law.
