<br />Board met in regular session at 7415 P. r. All members present.

<br />Due to the large crowd of interested persons, the meeting. was
<br />held in the Council Chambers.
<br />This being the date set hearin was had on Improvement Resolution
<br />No.2074 for 'Sheridan - Avenue Sub -Trunk Viewer. ( ee files for copy of resolution.)
<br />In the above named improvement resolution, no remonstrators appeared
<br />and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises,
<br />finds that the area or district to be drained in properly Bounded, that the special
<br />benefits to the property within such district or area will be eeyLal to the estimated
<br />cost of said improvement. The Board, therefore, takes final action on said improvement,
<br />resolution No.2074 and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. !I
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Impgovemen.t_Resolution
<br />No.2070 for the pavement of the alley south of Haney Avenue from ellows 'treet to±
<br />Rush Street. ( See files for copy of resolution.) 11
<br />In the above named improvement resolution, remonstrators appeared
<br />and a wri tt �n remonstrance was f iled and the Board, being -dully advised in the premises
<br />finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed
<br />for said improvement will be equal to.t1v estimated cost of same as reported by the
<br />City Engineer. The Board, therefore, decides to over rule said remonstrance and declar
<br />said improvement resolution No.2070, in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
<br />The Board now orders City Engineer to give a report on said remonstrance as to resident
<br />property avners whose names appear on the remonstrance.

<br />In the above named improvement resolution, remonstrators appeared 41

<br />and a written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises
<br />finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed
<br />for said improvement will be equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by the
<br />City �Ingineer. The Boards therefore, decides to over ruls said remonstrance and
<br />declares said improvement 'Resolution No.207I in all things ratified confirmed and !I
<br />approved. The Board now orders said remonstrance delivered to the City Engineer for j+
<br />a report on the resident property owners whose names appear on this remonstrance.

<br />Michigan Street to- the east line of the alley east of Michigan Street. ( See files for

<br />In -all of the above named improvement resolutions, no remonstrators
<br />appeared and no written remonstrance was filed, and the Board, being fully advised in
<br />i
<br />the premises, finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to
<br />be assessed for said improvements, will be equal to the estimated costs of same as j
<br />reported by the City engineer. The Board, therefore, decides to take final action on j
