Wray, filed plans, specifications and estimates and the <br />Board adopted the following Improvement Resolutions: <br />Improvement -Resolution No. 2069 for the pavement of the alley north. of <br />Parkovash Avenue from Tafatyette Boulevard to Irauois street. (See files for resolution. <br />Improvement Resolution No.207I for the pavement of the alley west of T-aain <br />Street from Navarre street to Bartlett Street. ( See files for resolution.) <br />In both of the above nwmed improvement resolutions, the Board hereby orders <br />that on the 20th., day Of June, I928, this Board will meet in their Office in the City � <br />Hall at 7-.I5 P. 11., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property <br />is liable to be assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the benefits <br />to the property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated <br />cost of same as reported by the City Civil Engineer. The Board furtherorders that �l <br />notices of said hearing shall be published in the South' Bend News Times and Tribune <br />on the Ist. , day of June and on the Qth. , day of June, 1928, and that notices be mailed!! <br />to property owners according to law. <br />City 4ngineer, H.
