<br />The Board approved this recommendation of Ci ty Ehgineer, H. G. dray,
<br />and takes final action o:ft said Improvement Resolution No.2054, declaring same null
<br />and void and all proceedings rescinded and the closed.

<br />Board this 22nd. , day of 111ay I928, hereby maims a final order for sheet asphalt. heavy
<br />traffic as the type ofr,avement with which said street shall be improved and awards the
<br />contract for said imp_ rovement to Reith Riley Construction Co:, at their low bid of
<br />15,094.20.
<br />No petition having been filed for a change in the type of gavement .other than
<br />that specified in the preliminary order for the navemment of Catvert Street from dine
<br />Street to Sampson Street under Improvement Resolution No.20I0, -heBoard this Mi..d. ,
<br />day of May I928, hereby makes a final order for sheet asphalt heaiay traffic as the
<br />type of pavement with which said street shall be improved and vnvards the contract for
<br />said iz-nrrovement to Vieth Riley Construction Company at their low bid of 16,588.62.
<br />City Engineer, TN. G. Wray, filed plans, specifications and estimates and the
<br />Board adopted the following Improvement Resolutions:
<br />Improvement -Resolution No. 2069 for the pavement of the alley north. of
<br />Parkovash Avenue from Tafatyette Boulevard to Irauois street. (See files for resolution.
<br />Improvement Resolution No.207I for the pavement of the alley west of T-aain
<br />Street from Navarre street to Bartlett Street. ( See files for resolution.)
<br />In both of the above nwmed improvement resolutions, the Board hereby orders
<br />that on the 20th., day Of June, I928, this Board will meet in their Office in the City �
<br />Hall at 7-.I5 P. 11., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property
<br />is liable to be assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the benefits
<br />to the property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated
<br />cost of same as reported by the City Civil Engineer. The Board furtherorders that �l
<br />notices of said hearing shall be published in the South' Bend News Times and Tribune
<br />on the Ist. , day of June and on the Qth. , day of June, 1928, and that notices be mailed!!
<br />to property owners according to law.

<br />as the aheridanAvenue sub Trunk Sewer under Improvement Resolution No.2074. (See files,

<br />In the above named improvement resolution, the Board hereby orders that on
<br />the 20th. , day of June, 1928, this Board will meet in their dffice in the City Hall at
<br />7-I5 P. art. to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose in erested in or
<br />-whose property is or will be affected by the proposed improvement, on_ the _question
<br />as to whether the special benefits that will accrue to the property liable to be assess e d
<br />abutting on the line of such proposed sewer ,or drain will be :equal to the estimated
<br />cost of same as reported by the City Civil Engineer. The Board further orders that
