<br />In all of the above named assessment rolls, the Board hereby orders
<br />that on thh 6th. , day of June, 1928, this Board will meet in .their Office in the •
<br />City Nall at 7-I5 P. V., to hear- and receive remonstrances from all persons whose
<br />propert-y has been assessed for said improvements and will .decide whether the.

<br />north of Fuerbringer Street under Improvement Resolution No.I990. •
<br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that
<br />on the 6th. , day of June, 1928, this Board will meet in their office in the City
<br />Hall at 7-I5 P. V., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property
<br />has been assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the several lots and
<br />parcels of land have been or will be benefited in the amounts named nn said assessment
<br />roll or in a greater or less sum than that named on said roll. The Board further.

<br />Whereas, said Railway Company has plans and specifications

<br />for the reconstruction of its tracks in the said portion of Chapin Street.

<br />Y,OW TBMRTFORE', it is agreed between the ra.rties hereto that.,, in
<br />consideration Of the constuntion (including the furnishing of material. and labor)
<br />and the completion by said City dt that portion of said pavement within and between
<br />the rails and tracks of said Company and the space one foot in.width adjacent to
<br />and outside of each of said track or tracks, according to the and specifi-
<br />,plans
<br />cations now on file with and adopted by said Board of Public Forks, said Railway.
<br />Company hereby agrees to ray that part ^f the co st of said pavement. hereinafter XF
<br />specified. But it is expressly agreed between the parties that said Railway Company
<br />shall be entitled to and shall pay said part of said cost on the ten.year install-
<br />ment plan as provided by laid, on the same basis as the privilege .of said installment., _
<br />plan is extended to proper p ty owners abutting uron the line of said imnnovement.:.And
<br />said City hereby agrees to tak all such steps and to do all such things a.s._may. be
<br />necessary to be done by it to enable said Railway Company tr pay said cart of ,.said.
<br />cost in accordance with said installment plan.
<br />IT IS FINALLY AGREED between the parties hereto that that part of
<br />such cost so to be raid by said Railway Com7arxy shall be the excess of the cost
<br />of the construction of said pavement in the area within and between. said rails.._.and
<br />one foot in width adjacent to and outside of each track over what the -cost, of the
<br />construction of a pavement within said area would be if there were no street .railway
<br />trac',.� in the street.
