Wray, submitted the following Tartial estimates: Partial estimate No.I for the - Grade and WaUc improvement on Erring Aven- ne. from Hoke Street toj Ernsperger Street in accordance with the terms of the contract between the City and Fston Ball under Improvement Resolution No.2999. The Board signed and approved same in the amount of 547.74. Partial estimate No. I for the Grade and ' Walk improvement. on .west line of lCaley Street from: north curb line of Linden Avenue to Ist. alley north of Linden .venue, in accordance with the terms of the contract between the City and Elton .mall under Improvement Resolution No.2004. The Board signed and approved same in the amount of 134.94. Partial estimate No.1 for the Grade, Garb and walk improvement on west si de of Fellows Street from Fairview Avenue to Irvington Avenue, in a eeordance wi th the terms of the contract between the City and rston Ball under Improvement Resoluti on No.2003. The Board signed and approved same in the amount of 353.35. Partial estimate No.I for the grade, and walk improvement on the north side of Calvert Street from Kline Street to Caroline Street in accordance with the terms of the contract between the City and Eston Ball under Improvement Resolution No.I970. The Board signed and approved same in the amount of 205.10. The :Board signed the contract with Edward Di Julio for the construction of a sewer in King Street from center line of Blaine Avenue to center line of Lot I9 Northwest ddition under Improvement Resolution No.2047. The Board approved the construction bond for same for 50% of the contract price signed by the 1+aryland Casualty Company. The Board signed the contract with Edward DiJulio for the construction of a sewer in `queen Street from point I70 feet east of Blaine Avenue to east line of lot 144 Northwest Addition under Improvement Resolution 17o.2048 for 527.00. The Board also a-pproved the construction bond of same for I00% of the contract r.,rice signed by Yaryland Casualty Company. City Za.gineer, H. r. Wray, filed tabulation of bids for the pavement of the west IL of Johnson Street from north line of 11arquette-Park Ist. , Addition to south line of Hamilton Street under Improvement Resolution No.2067. Willisto# Construction Co. asphaltic concrete I,320.30. Bids having been received for the pavement improvement of the west �' of Johnson Street under Improvement Resolution No.2067, the Board this 22nd. , day of V'ay I928, hereby awards the contract for said improvement to 'Vfilliston Construction Company at their low bid of 1,320.309 for as-ohaliie concrete light traffic pavement.
