<br />City Engineer, H. G. Wray, filed the tabulation of bids for the
<br />walk and curb improvement on North side of Mishawaka Avenue from west line of Lot 500
<br />Whitcomb and Keller 3rd., Sunnymede Addition to a point 29 feet east of the west line
<br />of Lot 506 said Addition under Improvement Resolution 14o.2053.

<br />Bids having been received for the construction of walk and curb on
<br />the North side of Mishawaka Avenue -under Improvement Resolution No.2053, the Board this
<br />24th., day of April I928, hereby awards the contract for said imp_ rovement to Whitcomb
<br />and Keller at .their low bid of 853.00.
<br />City .:engineer, H. G. ,gray, submitted partial estimate No.I for the
<br />pipe sewer improvement in Brookfield Street between Vassar venue and Humbilt Street
<br />in accordance with the terms of the contract between the City and John F. Hipskind,
<br />contractor under Improvement Resolution No.2030. The Board signed and approved same
<br />in the amount of 907,47.
<br />City Engineer, H. G. Wray submitted partial estimate No.I for the
<br />pipe sewer improvement in the alley south of Uampeau ztreet from -'Trances Street to the
<br />center line of Lot 5 in Turnoek and Hartman's pub. , in aceof dance with the terms of the
<br />contract between the City and nocco Simeri under Improvement Resolution No.I96I. The
<br />Board signed and approved same in the amount of '285.84'.
