Tuesday, 'pl it 24th. , T 28. <br />61 1 <br />• <br />• <br />11 <br />• <br />0 <br />This bein the date set, continued hearing Kfas hadon the assessment roll <br />for the grade, curb and walk improvement on Chicago street from Division Otreet <br />to Jefferson Blvd., under Improvement Resolution No.1829. in the above matter the <br />Board hereby decides to continue nearing. on same until May 8th., I928. <br />ti <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Condemnation Resolution No, <br />2038 for the o ening and extension of Twenty -Second Street from 4efferson Boulevard ;! <br />to St. Joseph fiver. <br />d <br />In the above named condemnation res olut inn No. <br />i <br />2038, no remonstrators appeared � <br />and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board being fully advised in the premises!!; <br />decides to sustain all former action taken and declares said property described in <br />condemnation Resolution No.2038, in all things condemned and appropriated for public <br />use;,and this Condemnation Resolution No.2038, in all things. ratified,, confirmed and <br />approved without modification. <br />The Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners and holders!; <br />of property and of valuable interests therein sought to .be taken or to be injuriously <br />affected, which list or roll shall also describe the property beneficially affected <br />and shall show the awards of ,damages and the assessments of benefits in the matter j <br />of this condemnation., The Board, hereby appoints Edward Pfeiffer, David Gibson <br />and Roy Michaebs to act as appraisors in the matte of the assessment of damages and <br />the award of benefits on the Twenty Second Street ondemnation. <br />The Board signed and approved claims in the amount of 5,898.57. <br />The Board approved salaries from Track Elevation Fund '.in the amount of <br />533.33 and hereby orders the City Controller to pay same. <br />lAeeting adjourned at I2 OTClock noon. <br />.attested: <br />le k of the Board <br />t <br />resident. <br />
