T. Tranberg at his low bid of ip478.58. No petitions having been filed for a change in the type of pavement other than that specified in the preliminary order for the pavement of Cltalpa Avenue from St. Joseph, South Bend and Southern Railway Right-of-way to Indiana Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.I992, the Board this 24th., day of April, 1928, hereby,
