<br />north lane of Howard Street to north line of St. Vincent Street, the Board hereby
<br />�i orders that sealed proposals for the construction of said improvements will be
<br />received, opened and read up to I0:00 A. IT., on the I7th., day of April, 1928.
<br />The Board further orders that notices of said proposals shall be published in the
<br />ji South Bend Mews Times and Tribune on the 30th. , day_ of Yarch and on the 6th. , day
