(Files for Re's, ) <br />Improvement Resolution No.1993 for the pavement of Clyde Street from Indian, <br />Avenue to �iubail Avenue under Improvement Resolution ITo.I993. (Files for Res. ) <br />Improvement Resolution ATo.1994 for the pavement of Indiana Avenue from <br />east line of Leer Street to east line of alley east of Clyde Otreet: (;See riles for <br />Resolution.) <br />Improvement Resolution No.I990 for the pavement of the alley west of Cottage <br />Grove Avenue from Fuerbringer Street to alley north of Fuerbringer citreet. (see <br />files for resolution.) <br />In all.of the above named improvement resolutions, ro remonstrators appeared <br />and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board,, being fully.&Avised in the <br />-- <br />�--�� <br />ic'fca��czr��s <br />premises, finds that the benftis to the several lots and parcels of land, liable <br />to be assessed for said Improvements, will be equal to the estimated costs of same <br />as reported by the City Engineer. The Board, therefore, takes final action on <br />said Improvement Resolutions numbers 1992, 1993, 1994, and I990, and declares same !. <br />in all things ratified, confirme d and approved ;without modification. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Improvement Resolution No.I989 <br />for the pavement of the alley north of Washington Avenue from Walnut Street to <br />S utdebaker Street. <br />f In the above named improvement resolution remonstrators appeared and a <br />written remonstrance was filed and the Board bein�r;fully advised in the premises <br />ii finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assess' <br />ed for said improvement are equal to the estin:_t­d cost of same as reported by <br />€� the Sits T gineer. The Board, therefore, decides to ov:-r rule said remonstrance <br />I� <br />and declares same resolution o.I989, in all things ratified, oonfiremd and <br />?� approved without modification.
