<br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION CONFIRMED
<br />For the improvement of Oliver, Arnold,& Webster Streets under Improvment Resolution No. 2856-1957
<br />adoped July 15, 1957 from Approximately 200 feet North of Ewing Street to Donald Street by constructing
<br />a Local & Trunk Sewers. After hearing all persons interested who appeared and being fully advised on the
<br />premises and the Clerk of the Board having shown proofs of publication of the notices to property owners
<br />and the same having been found sufficient, the Board decides that the benefits to the property liable to
<br />be assessed for said improvement are equal to the setimated cost of the same as reported by the City Civil
<br />Engineer, therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that Improvemen
<br />Resolution No. 2856, 1957, duly passed by this Board on July 15, 1957, for the above improvement, be and
<br />the same is hereby in all things confirmed for the construction of a local and trunk sewers on Oliver, Arno
<br />& Webster Streets from approximately 200 feet south of Ewing Street to Donald Street and Donald Street from
<br />Webster Street to Donald Street and the improvement is hereby ordered to be made.

<br />FINAL CONFIRMATION OF IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION
<br />For the improvement of Oliver, Arnold & Webster Streets from approximately 200 feet north of Ewing Street
<br />to Donald Street & Donald Street from Webster Street to Doigglas Street by constructing a local and trunk
<br />sewer under Improvement Resolution No. 2856, 1957 adopted July 15, 1957 and first confirmed on August 19,
<br />1957.
<br />No written remonstrance or remonstrances against said improvement bearing the signatures of fifty-one (51)
<br />per cent or more of the resident property owners on said street to be improved, having been filed within
<br />the ten (1) day period following the date and time of the hearing on said improvement, therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that Improvem
<br />Resolution No. 2856, 1957, duly adopted by this Board on July 15, 19579 and first confirmed on August 199
<br />1957, be and the same is in all things finall confirmed and the improvement is hereby ordered made.

<br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ADOPTED-
<br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that the Pro-
<br />files, Drawings, General Details, Plans, Specifications and Estimates approved by this Board on the 15th
<br />''day of July, 1957, for the improvement of Oliver, Arnold, and Webster Streets from approximately 200 feet
<br />north of Ewing Street to Donald Street and Donald Street from Webster Street to Douglas Street by construct
<br />ing a local and trunk sewer be and the same are hereby adopted and ordered placed on file in the office of
<br />'':the Department of Public Works and Safety. September 3, 1957 at the hour of 10:00 A.M. is hereby fixed as
<br />';'the time and the office of the Board of PublicWorks and Safety in the City Hall of this City, as the place,
<br />;;when and where the Board of Public Works and Safety will open and consider bids for the above named im-
<br />�'provement, provided all bids for the construction of said work shall be filed in the office of the Clerk
<br />of this Board before 10:00 A.M. of said day. Each bidder for said work shall enclose with his bid a cert-
<br />''ified check, payablb to the Treasurerer of this City to insure the execution of this contract, if said work
<br />As awarded to him.
<br />The Clerk of this Board is hereby ordered, to give notice by two (2) weekly publications of the time and
<br />place, when and where bids will be received, opened and considered for the construction of said work. Said
<br />Clerk shall state in said notices, that each bidder shall enclose with his bid a certified check or bid
<br />jbond for above named amount, to insure the execution of this contract.

<br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION CONFIRMED
<br />For the improvement of Duey Street under Improvement Resolution No. 2857, 1957 adopted July 15, 1957 from
<br />217 feet north of Howard Street south to Howard street by constructing a local sewer. After hearing all
<br />persons interested who appeared and being fully advised on the premises and the Clerk of the Board having
<br />shown proofs of publication of the notices to property owners and the same having been found sufficient,
<br />the Board decides that the benefits to the property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal
<br />to the estimated cost of the same as reported by the City Civil Engineer, therefore,
<br />1BE IT RESOLVED, By the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that Improvement
<br />;Resolution No. 2857, 19579 duly passed by this Board on July 15, 1957, for the above improvement, be and
<br />'the same is hereby in all things confirmed for the construction of a local sewer from 217 feet North of
<br />':Howard Street south to Howard Street and the improvement is hereby ordered to be made.
