<br />We hereby certify that the contract between the City of South Bend, Indiana, Owner, and the Reed Construction
<br />Company, 2022 N. Main Street, Mishawaka, Indiana, Contractor, for the construction of the Local Combined
<br />Sewer improvement in Oakcrest Drive from 35th Street to Sylvan Glen and in Sylvan Glen from Oakcrest Drive';;
<br />to McKinley Avenue under Improvement Resolution No. 2843, 1956, has been completed in accordance with the
<br />plans and specifications for this project.

<br />ans specifications, therefore, comes now who being duly sworn upon oath deposes and says he is acquainted
<br />with the Reed Construction Company, the party to whom was awarded the contract and who performed the work
<br />under Improvement Resolution No. 2843, 1956.
<br />That h6 is familiar with and personally knows that the said Reed Construction Company in the performance
<br />said work complied with all the terms and conditions of said contract, plans and specifications in every
<br />particular, and that the material used was of the character, kind, quantity and quality required therein
<br />and according to and under the direction of the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South
<br />Bend, Indiana.

<br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana that the Final

<br />bined Sewer as described in Improvmenet Resolution No. 2834, 1956, passed by the Board of Public Works and;

<br />Notice is hereby given that the following Sewer Improvement has been completed and the general character
<br />of the improvement, the street, alley or public place on which it has been made, and the terminal points
<br />thereof, are as follows:
<br />Local Combined Sewer in Meade Street from Elwood Avenue to
<br />Bulla Street
<br />There is on file in the Office of the City Controller of the City of South Bend, Indiana an assessment
<br />roll with the names of the owners and description of property owners subject to be assessed with the am
<br />of the prima facia assessment, and can be seen in the Office of said City Controller.
<br />The Board of Public Works and Safety of said City, at the Office of the Board in said City, will on the 15
<br />day of July, 19579 at 10:00 A.M. (DST) receive and hear remonstrances against the amounts assessed againste:
<br />their property respectively, on said roll and will determine the question as to whether such lots or tracts
<br />of land have been or will be benefited by said improvment to the amounts named on said roll, or is greater
<br />or less than that names on said roll or in any sum. At which place and time all owners of such real estate
