SABO, CLERK IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 28449 1956 contractor's COMPLETION AFFIDAVIT 'IN THE MATTER relating to the Sewer Improvement in Donald Street from Kemble Avenue to Douglas Street and :.Douglas Street from Donald Street to Ewing Avenue made under Improvement Rew1ution No. 28449 1956, and the ;;plans and specifications, therefore, comes now who being duly sworn upon oath deposes and says he is ac- quainted with the Reed Construction Company the party to whom was awarded the contract and who performed the said work under Improvement Resolution No. 2844, 1956. ;'That he is familiar with and personally knows that the Said Reed Construction Company in the performance of said work complied with all the terms and conditions of said contract, plans and specifications in every; ,'particular, and that the material used was of the character, kind, quantity and quality required therein .,and according to and under the direction of the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend,' Indiana. Reed ENGINEER'S CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION We hereby certify that the contract between the City of South Bend, Indiana, Owner, and the Reed Constructii Company, Contractor, for the construction of the local combined sewer improvement in Donald andStreet from Kemble Avenue to Douglas Street and in Dogglas Street from Donald Street to Ewing Avenue under Improvement "Resolution No. 2844, 1956, has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications for the pro- ject. Middleton RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FINAL ESTIMATE I '`BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that the Final .Estimate and Primary Assessment Roll submitted to the Board by the City Civil Engineer or his duly author- "ized representative on this 1st day of July, 19579 on the improvement knows as the Donald and Douglas St. Local Combined Sewer as described in Improvement Resolution No. 2844, 1956, passed by the Board of Public Works and Safety on August 13, 19569 and confirmed by said Board on September 17, 1956, be and the same is hereby adopted, and the Clerk of this Board is hereby requested to give notice of the hearing of Special Benefits on said Improvement, as required by Section N. 111 or 120 of an Act entitled, "An Act Concerning Municipal Corporations" approved March 69 1950. SMITH NOTICE OF HEARING SPECIAL BENEFITS ON SEWER IMPROVEMENT Notice is hereby given that the following Improvement has been completed and the general character of the 'improvement, the street, alley or public place on which it has been made, and the termainal points thereof, are as follows: Local combined sewer in Donald Street from Kemble Avenue to Douglas Street and in Douglas Street from Donald Street to Evving Avenue. `There is on file in the Office of the City Controller of the City of South Bend, Indiana, an assessment .roll with the names of the owners and description of property subject to be assessed with the amount of :;the prima facia assessment, and can be seen in the Office of said City Controller. The Board of Public Works and Safety of said City, at the Office of the Board in said City, will on the 15th day of July, 1957 at 10:00 A.M. (DST) receive and hear remonstrances against the amounts assessed a- gainst their property respectively, on said roll and will determine the question as to whether such lots or tracts of land have been or will be benefited by said improvement to the amounts named on said roll, .:or is greater or less than that named on said roll or in any sum.
