<br />IN THE MATTER relating to the local sewer improvement on Pershing Street made under Improvement Resolution
<br />'i No. 2851, 1957 and the plans and specifications, therefor comes now Cecil E. Dale who being dully sworn
<br />upon oath deposes and says he is acquainted with Cecile E. Dale d-b-a Osceola Crane Service the party to
<br />i'
<br />whom was awarded the contract and who performed the work under Improvement Resolution No. 2851, 1957.
<br />That he is familiar with and personally knows the requirements of the contract, plans and specifications
<br />for said improvement and further knows that the said Cecil E. Dale d/b/a Osceola Crane Service in the per-
<br />formance of said work complied with all the terms and conditions of said contract, plans and specifications
<br />in every particular, and that the material used was of the character, kind, quantity and qualtiy required
<br />therein and according to and under the direction of the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of
<br />South Bend, Indiana.
<br />ENGINEER'S CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
<br />We hereby certify that the contract between the City of South Bend, Indiana, Owner, and the Cecil E. Dale
<br />d/b/a Osceola Crane Service, Contractor, for the construction of the local sewer improvement on Pershing
<br />Street frmm approximately 149 feet west of Johnson Street to Elmer Street under Improvement Resolution No.
<br />2851, 1957 has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications for this project.

<br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works & Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that the Final
<br />'Estimate and Primary Assessment Roll submitted to the Board by the City Civil Engineer or his duly author- "
<br />'ized representative on the 20th day of May, 1957 on the improvement knows as the Pershing Street local sewed
<br />as described in Improvement Resolution No. 2851, 1957, passed by the Board of Public Works & Safety on
<br />'February 18, 1957, and confirmed by said Board on March 4, 1957, be and the same is hereby adopted, and the;;
<br />Clerk of this Board is hereby requested to give notice of the hearing of Special Benefits on said Improve-
<br />ment, as required by Section N. 111 or 120 of an Act Entitled, "An Act Concerning Municipal Corporations"
<br />;approved March 6, 1905.

<br />Notice is hereby given, that the following Street improvement has been completed and the general character
<br />of the Improvement, the street, alley or public place on which it has been made, and the terminal points
<br />thereof, are as follows:
<br />Pershing Street from 1491 feet west of Johnson Street to
<br />I' Elmer Street by constructing a local sewer.
<br />There is on file in the Office of the City Controller of the City of South Bend, Indiana, an assessment rol
