SMINGROUFA Once the project has been completed,80ithGroupJJRwill provide osummary of warrantees to the CITY for its use inmanaging the warrantee items mfSeitz Park. This document will include any warrantee items associated with any materials and equipment either provided by the supplier and/or manufacturer, and those required of the Contractor through the Construction DoCumentu. VVohave included apost-occupancy review ofSeitz Park prior to the expiration nfthe warrantee period associated with the workmanship as defined in the Construction Documents. The intent of this site review is to walk the coDnp|o|od project and identify any deficiencies of the COno|mo1ed project that need vomoo§on prior to the warrantee period expiration. Asummary ofdeficiencies will bedeveloped and distributed tothe CITY and Contractor, and G0i(hG[oWpJJR will work with the Contractor torectify deficiencies under warrantee. A maintenance schedule will also be prepared and provided to the CITY for its use in planning for future inspections and maintenance oarequired toensure the proper performance ofSeitz Park. An electronic and hard copy of the Maintenance Manual will be provided to the CITY when complete.
