SMINGROUFA <br />Once the project has been completed,80ithGroupJJRwill provide osummary of warrantees to the CITY for its use <br />inmanaging the warrantee items mfSeitz Park. This document will include any warrantee items associated with any <br />materials and equipment either provided by the supplier and/or manufacturer, and those required of the Contractor <br />through the Construction DoCumentu. <br />VVohave included apost-occupancy review ofSeitz Park prior to the expiration nfthe warrantee period associated <br />with the workmanship as defined in the Construction Documents. The intent of this site review is to walk the <br />coDnp|o|od project and identify any deficiencies of the COno|mo1ed project that need vomoo§on prior to the warrantee <br />period expiration. Asummary ofdeficiencies will bedeveloped and distributed tothe CITY and Contractor, and <br />G0i(hG[oWpJJR will work with the Contractor torectify deficiencies under warrantee. <br />A maintenance schedule will also be prepared and provided to the CITY for its use in planning for future inspections <br />and maintenance oarequired toensure the proper performance ofSeitz Park. <br />An electronic and hard copy of the Maintenance Manual will be provided to the CITY when complete. <br />ASSUMPTIONS <br />Sm,ithGroupJJR has assumed the following in establishing our scope and fee� <br />• The CITY will provide all requirements stipulated lnagreements with land owners, condominium owners, <br />facility operators, municimaliti000ragencies, <br />w The CITY will secure access hzthe land and water portions ofthe project area to allow assessments, <br />studies, surveys, testing and construction. <br />w The Contractor will be able to perform work as needed from land and within the park proper and the <br />required agreements will be in place between the CITY and owners/operators prior to the start of this <br />project, <br />• TestingagentsGndqua|Uvoonknu|agentsmi||boneqwireddU[imgcnnotruuWon.andtheC|TYwi||hirethosm <br />agents directly and will include SmithGroupJJR on the distribution of all communications, test results, <br />inspection reports, and other documents prepared bythese agents. <br />• The, CITY will coordinate with, and secure permissions and agreements with adjacent property owners 0o <br />allow access during design and engineering as well as during construction for access/egress and to <br />construct Seitz Park, <br />• SmithGroupJJR has not included within its scope and fee any services associated with Environmental <br />AsaessnmuOts, Base Line Environmental Assessments o[Phase | Environmental Assessments, K is <br />assumed these services will be by either the Land Owner or the CITY by a separate consultant, <br />USE OFANY SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT <br />SmithGroupJJR may, on occasion, use laser scanning equipment for data gathering purposes. Use nfsuch <br />equipment isfor the limited purpose ofassisting 8m1thGmupJJR|n processes associated with the delivery ofits <br />services and |onot asurvey n[inspection ofexisting conditions. <br />|nthe event 5mith6umpJJAis requested Nprepare digital data for transmission Wothe Owner's consultants, <br />contractors or other Owner authorized recipients ("Digital Data"), the Owner acknowledges that due to the limitations <br />of the digital data software, not all elements of SmithGroupJJR's services may be represented in the Digital Data, this <br />being inthe sole discretion nV8mi\hGPomoJJR.
