SMiTHGROUP!l1 <br />• Materials Plans and Details of ail Site Elements <br />• Grading and Stormwater Control Plan <br />• Lighting and Electrical Plans <br />• Fencing, Railing and Security Gate Plans and Detail's <br />• Landsidle Improvements, and Restoration Plans <br />• Construction Details <br />• Technical Specifications <br />• Final Opinion of Probable Construction Costs <br />• Meeting Minutes will be developed and provided by SmithGroupJSR for all meetings attended by <br />SmithGroupJJR except OAC and construction meetings (these minutes will be by the Contractor). <br />• Construction Meetings and Site Observations <br />• Submittals andl RFIs <br />• Closeout and Record Drawings <br />During construction, we anticipate weekly OAC meetings and will also conduct site visits during construction to <br />ensure the work is proceeding in accordance with the Construction Documents, <br />SmithGroupJJR wil:l not conduct certifications, quantity checks, or calculations and will not dictate means and <br />methods of construction. We have anticipated a seven month construction period. A Field Observation Report will <br />be provided for all field visits by SmithGroupJJR. <br />SmithGroupJJR will also review all submittals required by the Construction Documents; we have assumed only two <br />cycles for each approval of submittals. We will respond to all RFls, and will coordinate with the Contractor as <br />required to ensure proper tracking of RFls and the required responses. We will not respond to field questions or <br />requests that are not through the project RFI process,. We have also assumed there will be no Owner directed <br />changes to the project during construction. <br />When the project is substantially complete, SmithGroupJJR will conduct a Punch List Site Review, to review the work <br />and ensure the construction has been completed to the quality expectations and detail as defined by the Construction <br />Documents. A punch list of corrective action or required work to complete the project will be developed and <br />distributed to the CITY and Contractor, Once the Contractor has, notified SmithGroupJJR and the CITY that the work <br />has been completed, a final site review will be conducted to ensure the project has been completed to the <br />requirements of the Construction Documents, After this final site review, the CITY and' Contractor will be notified' of <br />the results of the review in writing, <br />As -Built Drawings will be required of the Contractor, and will be turned over to SmithGroupJJR at the completion of <br />the project.
