If agreed <br />to, an electronic PDF bid -set can be distributed to bidders; no CADD documents will be delivered to bidders, The <br />intent is to use the CITY Standard bid specifications and provisions using electronic documents coordinated through <br />ARC. <br />It is anticipated that SmithGroupJJ,R will use the CITY Standard Bid Forms and General Conditions as the starting <br />point for the bid documents, and will assist the CITY inmodifications hothese documents h3establish clear, <br />consistent and relevant bid forms and general conditions. SmithGmupJJRwill assist with the packaging ofthe Nd <br />harmo, terms and conditions and nomaoomry pricing fomms/dVoumentawi(h the bidding documents including drawings <br />and technical specifications.
