She believes the project
experience is just as important as the experiential design itself, and drives
the project process with design thinking in the forefront. Natafie's role for this, project is
to ensure quality, team coordination, process transitioning and success
through the fabrication of the design. She will bridge the transition of
Tesselate Studio's Concept Design and Final Concept Design integration.
Natalie will orchestrate the changeover from the development of design
solutions through the build methodology.
CHUCK PLOCKMEYER, Detail Development Build Integration Lead
During more than 25 years with Xibitz, Chuck has brought skills in concept
development, design and fabrication to bear in many aspects of his project
and business development. Working extensively with Xibitz largest design
firm clients he is proud of holding a design patent for his work. Engaging
our clients and developing trusting relationships with the designers we
work with are points of great satisfaction for Chuck. IHis work involves
interaction with clients and the creative teams, to ensure the creative can
be efficiently implemented and effectively integrated into the environment
and architecture - while maintaining the integrity of the design intent and
vision. Chuck's focus is on management of the build and av integration,
beginning with production of construction documents to installation
administration, Xibitz has a strong history of highly detailed and honed
construction administration processes; built, designed and adapted
overtime for seamless integration and success. Chuck will guide the design
from a material and building efficiency and optimization stand -point, so the
design can be all it can be.
37
XI BU11:r
