The University of Tennessee Research Foundation (UTRF), in conjunction with its West <br />Tennessee Solar Farm project, sought a design/build team to create a new exhibit that would engage a diverse <br />audience about the post, present and future of solar power in Tennessee. SPECTRUM, an interactive exhibit that <br />brought the best of both teams to a unique exhibit opportunity.
