V 510 RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINAL ASSESSMENT MOLL RESOLUTION NO. 2829 1 After hearing all persons interested who appeared before the Board and the Clerk of the Board of! Public Works and Safety having proofs of publication of the notices to property owners and the same having; been found sufficient, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that tJ# Primary or Preliminary Assessment Roll adopted by the Board on the 6th day of August, 19569 for the improve;* ment of Woodlawn Blvd. (Lots 3739374, and 375) from an existing manhole at Lot #372 to Inglewood Place be - and the same is in all things confirmed. THE FIRST NORTH AND SOUTH ALLEY WEST OF LOGAN STREET SOUTH OF NORTHSIDE BOULEVARD 2. THIRTY-SIXTH STREET SOUTH OF NORTHSIDE BOULEVARD SUBJECT TO 20 FOOT EASEMENT il • OVER CENTER LINE OF SEWER 3. THE FIRST EAST AND WEST ALLEY WEST OF THIRTY-SIXTH STREET AND SOUTH OF NORTHSIDE BOULEVARD and 4, THE FIRST NORTH AND SOUTH ALLEY WEST OF THIRTY-SIXTH STREET SOUTH OF NORTHSIDE BOULEVARD, under Resolution No. 2841. ei The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proof of publication and no remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having been filed with the Clerk, it was moved, seconded and unani- mously carried that the said Resolution be finall adopted and the said Altey'bbevvacated. The Engineering Department is directed to prepare an assessment roll covering the assessment of benefits and the award of damages to the surrounding properties. • R. S. VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 28411 This being the date set, hearing was held on the resolution heretofore adopted by the Board of Public Works & Safety for the vacation of THE EAST AND WEST ALLEY BETWEEN LOTS NUMBERED 23 and 24, PART STULL'S SECOND ADDITION, UNDER VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2842. The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proof of publication and no remonstrators having been filed with the Clerk, it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the said Resolution be finally adopted and the said Alley be vacated. The Engineering Department is directed to prepare an assessment roll covering the assessment of I� benefits and the award of damages to the surrounding properties. I R. S.
