V <br />510 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINAL ASSESSMENT MOLL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2829 1 <br />After hearing all persons interested who appeared before the Board and the Clerk of the Board of! <br />Public Works and Safety having proofs of publication of the notices to property owners and the same having; <br />been found sufficient, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that tJ# <br />Primary or Preliminary Assessment Roll adopted by the Board on the 6th day of August, 19569 for the improve;* <br />ment of Woodlawn Blvd. (Lots 3739374, and 375) from an existing manhole at Lot #372 to Inglewood Place be - <br />and the same is in all things confirmed. <br />R. THIRTY-SIXTH STREET SOUTH OF NORTHSIDE BOULEVARD SUBJECT TO 20 FOOT EASEMENT il • <br />OVER CENTER LINE OF SEWER 3. THE FIRST EAST AND WEST ALLEY WEST OF THIRTY-SIXTH STREET AND SOUTH OF <br />NORTHSIDE BOULEVARD and 4, THE FIRST NORTH AND SOUTH ALLEY WEST OF THIRTY-SIXTH STREET SOUTH OF NORTHSIDE <br />BOULEVARD, under Resolution No. 2841. ei <br />The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proof of publication and no remonstrators having <br />appeared and no written remonstrances having been filed with the Clerk, it was moved, seconded and unani- <br />mously carried that the said Resolution be finall adopted and the said Altey'bbevvacated. <br />The Engineering Department is directed to prepare an assessment roll covering the assessment of <br />benefits and the award of damages to the surrounding properties. <br />• <br />R.
