Smith <br />VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2830, 1956 <br />This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll showing the award ofl <br />damages and the assessment of benefits in the matter of vacation of the Alley Northwest o <br />Pardovash Avenue from Marquette Avenue to the Northeasterly line of the alley West of Mar' <br />quette Avenue and from the Northwesterly line of the alley West of Marquette Avenue to North <br />Shore Drive, under Vacation Resolution No. 2830. I <br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- <br />strances were.filed. The Clerk of the Board submitted proofs of publication of notices <br />land same were found sufficient, and the Board, therefore, finds that the several lots ha <br />lbeen benefited and damaged in the amounts shown on said roll. (DST) is hereby fixed as the time and the <br />office of the Board of Public Works and Safety. in the City Hall of this City, as the P1ac <br />when and where the Board of Public Works and Safety will open and consider bids for the a <br />bove named improvements, provided all bids for the construction of said work shall be fil <br />in the Office of the Clerk of this Board before 10:00 A.r;7. (DST) of said day.
