And said matter being now set for public hearing, the need for said contract was explained by Northern Indiana Transit, Inc., by its President and General Manager, John T. Martin, and there being various representatives of the public interest of South Bend,.present, no written remonstrances presented, the approval of said contract was to ken under advisement by the Board of Public Works and Safety for action. It was moved by Frank Bruggner and seconded by Raymond Andrysiak that the pro- posed contract between Northern Indiana Transit, Inc., and the City of South Bend, Indiana be executed and approved, and is so ordered, and thereupon said contract was signed and executed by the members of the Board of Public Works and Safety, which contract reads as! follows, to -wit: 'i it ';
