345 VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2816 - 1955 I RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, That it is desirable to vacate the.following: THE.ALLEY WEST OF K.ALEY STREET FROM THE SOUTH LINE OF CoLFAK AVENUE TO THE NORTH LINE OF THE ALLEY SOUTH OF COLFAX AVENUE The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such vacation; Lots Numbered 1006 to 1017 inclusive part of 3rd Plat of Summit Place Addition. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 30th day of September and on :the 7th day of October, 1955, in the South Bend Tribune and Tri-County News.
