ROO <br />The Board next examined the request of Sollitt Construction Company, Inc., for the <br />subcontracting of the furnishing and installing of glazing, stainless steel moulding <br />land stainless steel entrance units to the Interstate Glass and Paint Company. The Board <br />;having received recommendation from the consulting engineers, Consoer, Townsend and <br />jAssociates, for the approval of this sub -contractor, granted approval accordingly. <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2789 - 1954 <br />After hearing all persons interested who appeared and the Clerk of the Board of <br />Public Works and Safety having proofs of publication of the notices to property owners <br />and the same having been found sufficient, therefore <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, that the Primary or Preliminary Assessment Roll adopted by the Board on the <br />22nd day of November, 1954, for the iiproveient of Brookfield Street from Indiana Avenue <br />to Pn.airie Avenue by constructing a Class "C" 6" Cement Concrete pavement, be and the <br />same is in all things confirmed. <br />R.
