<br />WAY FROM THE EAST SIDE OF ST. JOSEPH STREET TO THE WEST SIDE OF JANES DAONROE SCHOOL
<br />PLAYGROUND, SAID PASSAGEWAY LYING BETWEEN LOTS NM,, BERED 386 and 387 a.s shown on the plat
<br />of Beverly Heights Tenth Addition, under Vacation Resolution No. 2787.
<br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that it will meet in the
<br />City Hall at 11:00 A. M. DST on the 9th day of August 19% for the purpose of hearing
<br />and receiving remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by said vacation,
